Jill Pratt

Vice President of the Board and Co-Founder

Jill along with her husband, Bailey, expected life today to be a little bit different than it currently looks when they decided to have their first daughter, Jiselle, over 6 years ago. Things started changing from their expectations around Jiselle’ s 10-month birthday when she started missing important milestones. With a diagnosis of a rare genetic syndrome at age 4, they soon realized life would continue to look a little different for them. Once the grieving process ended, Jill & Bailey found a passion to help families with special needs and started The Jiselle Lauren Foundation as a golf tournament called, Scramble for Smiles, to combine their love for Jiselle and her happy and infectious smile with their family’ s love of golf.

While Jill has a CPA, she has spent the majority of her career in corporate finance and accounting at various organizations. She is now taking the tool's in her toolbox along with what she has learned from her mentors to drive The Jiselle Lauren Foundation forward and help as many families with special need kiddos as possible. She hopes The Jiselle Lauren Foundation will grow not only to help more families, kiddos and organizations who want to build a more inclusive environment, but also become a support system for families knowing she and Bailey are continuing to experience similar feelings and situations. The sky is the limit for what she hopes for The Jiselle Lauren Foundation.

Jill and Bailey reside in Franklin, TN with their 3 kiddos, Jiselle, Jenevieve and Beau, and their two dogs, Peyton and Maddox.
